The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong management skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Experience in designing and implementing operational practices and procedures.
• Experience in multi-national environment and familiar with SOX compliance.
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning
• Broad knowledge of information technology capabilities and characteristics, software languages and applications, data base technology, communications hardware/software, standards and procedures and data security techniques.
• Management/administrative knowledge and experience including project management, cost estimating, personnel coaching, discipline, and evaluations, budgeting and cost management, and solid inter-personal skills
• Ability to evaluate business processes and strategies, and to develop and support business goals and objectives in a cost effective manner.
• Experience managing multiple projects and completing them within established time frame.
• Experience being a leader through coaching, mentoring and training a team.
• Clear, concise, communication skills, both verbal and written.
• ITIL Certified will be an advantage.
• Familiar with the following technologies: Aspect, Witness, Domino, BlackBerry, Windows, Network, PABX, Passport, Active Directory.
