The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field;

• Proven track records in setup, support and troubleshooting in Windows desktop OS ranging from Win2K, WinXP & Vista;  Windows Server OS will be an advantage

• Experience in MS Active Directory basic management eg. Account creation & groupings;

• Experienced in other desktop OS components/services related topics eg. TCP/IP, Event Viewer, etc…

• Experienced in various software i.e. MS Office, winzip, Acrobat reader, flash, etc.

• Experienced in various antivirus software i.e. Mcafee, Symantec etc
• Technical certifications in MS OS eg. MCSE 2000 or MCSE 2003 will be an advantage

• Experienced in a vendor environment with frontend interaction with customers ;

• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;

• Must be able to perform well under stressful situations

• Full of initiative and energy;

• Flexibility to work on different sites and shifts

• Excellent in communication skills (both verbal and written);

• Tactful, pleasant personality, a team player.
