• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to develop and nurture nurture people, ensuring effective guidance provided to all delegates
• Knowledge of training channels, methodology and a proactive approach in expanding own and delegates' understanding
• Ability to plan and organize effectively
• Excellent written/Communication skills
• Previous people management experience
• Ability to be creative/innovative
• Ability to learn quickly & transfer knowledge appropriately
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques
• Ability to build rapport with & relate to a wide range of people
• Experience in call centre training based role
• Flexibility to work shifts and willing to travel
