• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Ability to develop and nurture people, ensuring effective guidance provided to all delegates
• Knowledge of training channels, methodology and a proactive approach in expanding own delegates' understanding
• Ability to plan & organize effectively
• Excellent written/ Communication skills.
• Previous people management experience
• Ability to be creative/innovative
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of & experience in problem solving techniques
• Ability to build rapport with & relate to a wide range of people
• Experience in call centre training based role
• Flexibility to work shifts and willing to travel
