The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Primarily responsible for creation and formulation of the extensive process documentation during migration/ knowledge transfer phase.

• Bachelor's Degree; Preferably Industrial Engineering       

• Minimum 4 years work experience in ITES organizations. Prior on site experience as a part of the knowledge transfer team is preferred. Experience in the Insurance sector will be an added advantage

• Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
