The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in any branch of discipline; preferably has graduate/ MBA / Post Graduate Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, of which at least 1 year in a supervisory role; has experience in BPO industry setting preferably in insurance industry
• Knowledgeable in Mandarin / Cantonese Language
• Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts.
