• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in BPO industry
• Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Has Initiative and is Result Oriented
• With excellent Customer Service Orientation
• Flexible and with the ability to adapt to changes
• Value Teamwork
• Preferably with training experience in Organizational Development and Module Development Program
