The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Responsible for both sourcing and processing candidates based on the requests from the operations team and the support group.
• May handle at least one (1) HR-Executive and reports directly to the Associate Manager-Human Resources, Recruitment & Staffing
• Graduate in any discipline, at least 3-4 years working experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills
  
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint, interviewing skills
• Shifting/Flexible hours
