The ideal candidates will have/must be:

•  responsible for leading the company by acting as the primary business consultant for applicant screening
•  employee oriented
•  evaluation and placement including documentation
• safety and work ethics and benefits planning. 

This dynamic, hands-on role is responsible for all facets of designing, developing and implementing recruitment programs, employee orientation programs and employee benefits programs and provides excellent customer service to clients, company temporary and full-time employees leading to successful, loyal and satisfied organizational workforce.
