The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Have had management experience
• Have had training experience on accent, US business culture, sales and telemarketing in a call center environment
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• College degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related area preferred
• Commensurate work experience considered
• Previous experience in telemarketing or training required
• Must possess communication and platform skills
• Must understand US business culture, US Geography and other demographics
