The ideal candidates will have/must be:

• A CPA, preferably with an MBA Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in overseeing an entire accounting function. Preference will be given to candidates coming from a multinational manufacturing or industrial corporate background
• Exposure to US GAAP reporting requirements is a plus
• Good understanding of the Philippine statutory requirements (BIR, BOI, SEC, etc.)
• Ability to interact confidently in a multicultural environment that demands and recognizes ownership and initiative.
• Analytical mindset, proactive communication skills and a strong commitment to deadlines are key traits.
• Must be comfortable working hands on. The Company is not a hierarchical organization and you will find yourself working on a wide variety of tasks but with a common theme: getting the job done.
