The ideal candidates will have/must be:

• With minimum 2 years college level education
• Schedule:

                          >Shifting (possible night shift) during the 8-week foundation and product specifies training

                          >Day shift after training

• 1 year call center experience preferred
• Medical Industry experience preferred (knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing experience)
• Demonstrates computer navigation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the foreign language
• Very good knowledge and fluency in English is required
• Fast learner with analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Project a positive, helpful attitude while being an active listener
• Work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Training starts ASAP
