The ideal candidates will have/must be:

• At least 6 months experience
• You will be providing technical support/problem resolution over the phone/email/chat
• Willing to be appointed as SMEs(Subject Matter Experts) or Trainer(fulltime)
• Willing to work night shift
• Good English communication/comprehension skills and technically competent
• Able to build relationships quickly and understand the dynamics of a global business environment
• Knows how to speak French is additional factor
