The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Minimum of three years proven and progressive experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate law environment, or equivalent
  
• Minimum of an Associate's degree and certificate of completion/diploma from paralegal studies program (preferably ABA approved), or equivalent work experience
• Good organizational, analytical, project management and written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of substantive legal concept, court practices and procedures, legal research and documents.
