The ideal candidates are/will have:

• Minimum of three to five years proven and progressive corporate legal experience, or equivalent
  
• Good advocacy, negotiation, organizational, legal research and verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to quickly apply abstract concepts of law and provide innovative recommendations to resolve problems.
• Juris Doctorate degree as well as admission to applicable Bar(US or Local)
• US legal training or proficiency in the understanding of the US legal system is recommended.
• Admission to the US Bar and US Work experience is desirable
• Speak and write in fluent English
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages
