• IT troubleshooting and network administration experience
• Experience in troubleshooting general home electronics
• A degree in Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Psychology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Biology, Food & Nutrition/Dietetics
