The ideal candidates are/will have:
- At least of 1-year experience in any of the following: Customer Service, Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Center.
- Has basic knowledge in Call Center Management Fundamentals and Scheduling/Forecasting Concepts and Models
- Experience in a Windows NT environment as well as various software applications including MS Office Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel, Word and Power point.
- Intermediate to advance skill level in MS Access or any programming software.
- Must have at least a basic knowledge in scheduling tools like ewfm, blue pumpkin, IEX, and the like.
- Must demonstrate high analytical skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
